Learning city budgets allows residents to understand the challenges facing their local government, what it is doing to manage them, and what it is doing with tax dollars.

Brian Borncamp will share the city's funding and revenue breakdown as well as the processes – who makes decisions and timeline – when decisions get made. This workshop is geared toward nonprofit professionals and residents interested in building budget literacy and navigation by exploring real examples of the city’s budget online.
