As we await President Biden’s infrastructure investment plan, Doug will make the case for investing in public transit as a critical component for achieving equity, stimulating the economy, remaining competitive with other regions, and addressing climate change. Following Doug’s presentation Tom George and Hal Morse will serve as panelists and answer questions from the perspective of the NFTA and the GBNRTC, the region’s transportation planning and coordinating lead agency. This event will describe what is achievable if we make the needed investments in public transportation.
